3 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and any winings voided.

Operating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, using different email addresses, or via different payment instruments — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, AFB888 may, at its sole discretion, merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, and winnings held therein.

3.4 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and keep such information up to date. 4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Process

5.2 Deposit Policy

5.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting AFB888 support is a serious breach of these Terms. AFB888 reserves the right to close accounts and pursue recovery of any funds subject to anunjustified chargeback, including through legal proceedings where appropriate.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on AFB888 are subject to these Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. 6.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the clearing of wagering requirements. 6.4 Maximum Bet Cap

7 Gameplay Rules & Fairness

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of AFB888 is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AFB888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, game outcome dissatisfaction, or losses resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or third-party payment processing errors.

AFB888 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times. Maintenance periods, network issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability. AFB888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
